The health and well-being of our employees and clients is of upmost importance to us at KeenanDirect. As developments continue to unfold around the coronavirus (COVID-19) and in response to this worldwide health event, we are activating our business continuity plan which was developed in case of such emergencies. This plan will enable us to continue providing the high level of service you need while keeping everyone safe and providing accommodations for those who need to care for their families.

Beginning Monday, March 16th, many of our employees will be working remotely. We are trying to be as proactive as we can in keeping our people healthy, while understanding we also need to be able to continue serving our customers and community. As schools continue to close around the state, we want to be sensitive to our employees who need to care for their children and families. We have established processes and protocols whereby a majority of our business functions can be conducted remotely and at the same time, we will have smaller groups performing critical tasks that are best completed from our offices.

We feel that the health and safety of our employees, clients and communities should always be protected – and we are doing our part to adhere to the guidance of health officials and keep everyone safe. We will continue to monitor the situation, adapt our program as needed and keep the lines of communication open. We have worked alongside you when times were tough in the past, and will continue to be the partner you can turn to in a time of crisis.
